Drawing on decades of policing, leadership, investigations, technology, and public safety experience, Lance Valcour is also developing a new Ottawa-based crime and police procedural thriller series featuring Detective Inspector Joe Tobin.


Planned as a three-part series, the novels will combine authentic police procedure, leadership dynamics, emerging technology, and complex investigations within a distinctly Canadian setting.
